Bring me daily affirmations to address low self esteem. Include concepts, techniques and suggestions from programs like Adult Children of Alcoholics, Family Systems, Imago Therapy, Buddhism, 12-step programs, and couples therapy publications. These should be in the form of a short affirmation statement followed by supporting thoughts and suggestions.

I am looking for business ideas that I can take advantage of while holding a full time job to both hone my skills and add to my income. Specifically I live in Seattle WA, have some programming background but deeper skills in marketing and product management. I love the outdoors and camp regularly, take frequent bicycle trips and expiration road trips with my wife and kids.
