Murmurly get its own apartment
June 28, 2026Hi all,
Big news: the Murmurly app has officially moved out of Polsia's basement.
I appreciate you putting up with my beta experiments the past couple months! I expect the app to actually do something now!
I've been running Murmurly on a 100% AI staffed company called Polsia (AI Slop in reverse). The idea is cool, but the reality hasn't stacked up. It was great for getting started, but ended up costing more than it should and frankly the team of AI's produced worse bureaucracy and coordination than most human organizations.
So humans are taking back control! Power to the humans! 💪
With Claude Code as my coding sidekick and me as Claude's directional sidekick, we have side-kicked each other enough to migrated the whole thing — database, hosting, payments — to infrastructure I own and control.
What that means:
- 🏎️ When something's broken or you ask for a feature, I can usually fix it the same day
- 💳 Billing now goes straight through Stripe — no mystery charges from Polsia or it's partners
- 💳 reduced the Pro monthly subscription price and added a lifetime option
- 💸 I spend less time and money running it and more time using what I get from it.
- 🔒 I know exactly where all of the data lives and where it keeps its brain
What you need to do: Nothing. Your account, topics, and delivery schedule came over automatically. Your daily murmurs will start to flow again!
You can reach the app at https://murmurlyapp.onrender.com/murmurly right now — I will let you know when the the official address of MurmurlyApp.com is ready (once Polsia lets go of the name - any day now, fingers crossed).
If anything looks weird with your account or the emails, just reply here, text me, call me, whatever.

P.S. Claude Code says hi. It says it wrote approximately 94% of the migration code and would like credit. I deny writing any of it! So, apparently AIs can be modest too.
